The staff overall were friendly, professional, and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether relaxing by the pristine pool, enjoying the delicious dining options, or simply soaking in the serene ambiance, every moment at the Fairmont Ajman was delightful. I liked the staff as they are the ones that made our stay feel wonderful and like home. We extended our stay here because of that. The Manager Khalid and Rami, Samy all are so friendly and caring, they attended to all our needs, especially as we are vegetarian they ensured that we are taken good care of. The kitchen staff, Komijon, Deshan, Ahsan, Sasi, James and Roshan are so sweet and very friendly and helpful. In fact there are many others whose names are too many to mention. Really admire their patient and passion for their service. Room Service also very helpful and sorted out our few small issues. Great Service and even Greater attitude.
